Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Seven Peaks Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our clients who seek the adventure of trekking in the Himalayas. We understand that flexibility is crucial when it comes to travel plans, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To address these situations and provide clear guidelines, we have established a comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the Client:

 

  • If a client wishes to cancel their trekking package, they must notify us in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
  • The cancellation charges will be applicable based on the number of days prior to the departure date:
  • 30 days or more: 10% of the trekking package cost.
  • 15-29 days: 25% of the trekking package cost.
  • 8-14 days: 50% of the trekking package cost.
  • 0-7 days: No refund.
  1. Cancellation by Seven Peaks Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.:

 

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trek due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, we will provide a full refund to the client.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Process:
  • Once the cancellation request is received, the refund process will be initiated within 15 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment used for the initial transaction.
  1. Partial Refunds:
  • If a client leaves the trek for any reason after it has commenced, we are unable to provide any refunds for unused services.
  1. Refunds for Services Not Utilized:

 

  • Seven Peaks Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not provide refunds for any services included in the trekking package that are not utilized by the client.
  1. Force Majeure:

 

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events, Seven Peaks Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the trek. In such cases, refunds will be subject to deductions for unrecoverable costs.

Booking Modifications:

  1. Change in Dates:

 

  • Clients can request a change in trekking dates, subject to availability.
  • Any increase in the trekking package cost due to date changes will be borne by the client.
  1. Transfer of Booking:

 

  • Clients can transfer their booking to another person, provided they meet all the requirements for the trek.
