    Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
    Welcome to a beautiful country Nepal. Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan intl. airport our representative from seven peaks, welcomes you and assists to transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu. We will then meet in the evening at hotel for briefing about the trip.

    Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft) & trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft), 3-4 hrs walk
    On the second day, in the early morning we, Seven peaks trekking team, fly from Kathmandu to the tiny airstrip at Lukla for about 40 minutes scenic flight. The guide sort and divide the load baggage to be carried by porters. We will have lunch with our arrival at Lukla. We take an easy walk to Phakding village for the overnight stop and rest of the time stroll around the village for local knowledge.

    Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft), 5-6 hrs walk
    On the third day, after breakfast we will continue up the banks of the Dudh Kosi, crossing it twice by small suspension bridges before reaching the village of Monjo the entrance gate of the Sagarmatha National Park. We have a gradual walk which brings us to the suspension bridge over the Bhote-Koshi river to Jorsalle village, the last village till Namche Bazaar. Namche is a prosperous trading town and the capital of the Khumbu Region.

    Day 04: Familiarization day at Namche Bazaar
    On the fourth day, we will spend a day in Namche Bazaar resting and allowing our bodies to become familiarized to the altitude of (3,440m/11,283ft). You have full day leisure or visit Everest View Point hotel for wonderful panoramic view or do shopping in the surrounding areas. Also you can visit Sherpa Museum as well a great place to learn Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering and stroll back to hotel for overnight.

    Day 05: Trek to Dole (4200m/13,776ft), 5-6 hrs walk
    On the fifth day, we follow on the gradual trail with few short up and downs overlooking magnificent view of the great giant snow peaks at Shanasa. Our trek ascents the left side to Mongla hill and continue down to Phortse Thanga. After lunch further few hours walk ascending will reach at Dole for overnight. A small place with few teahouses and enjoy your night at Dole.

    Day 06: Trek to Machharmo (4470m/ 14,663ft), 4-5 hrs walk
    On the sixth day, after breakfast we climb to the scenic ridge above the Dole and the trail continues to climb along the side of the valley high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to reach Machharmo. Afternoon after reaches and refreshed visit Beautiful rescue association and overnight at the hotel.

    Day 07: Trek to Gokyo (4800m/15,744ft), 3-4 hrs walk
    On the seventh day, we climb up to the ridge to view both down the valley to Khangtega and northern part to the Cho-Oyu (8153m/26741ft). Our route descends to the river bank before beginning the climb up to the terminal moraine of the Ngazumpa glacier. Afterwards the trail levels out as it follows the valley past a second lake, known as Longponga at 4690m/15383ft. Enjoy the lake view and after an hour walk will reaches at Gokyo village on the edge of third lake.

    Day 08: Explore day at Gokyo

    On the eighth day, you will have full day rest at Gokyo or have chance to explore up to the fifth lake passing another forth lake and enjoy the view. This is great place and an opportunity to view full part of Mt. Everest and Cho-Oyu. You can see the Northern part of Cho-Oyu base camp and biggest glacier of the world Ngazumpa glacier; and stroll back to hotel for overnight.

    Day 09: Gokyo to Phorse Village/ Phorste Thanga (3680 m), 5 to 6 hrs walk
    On the ninth day, we hike up to Gokyo Ri for the breathtaking view of splash a sunrise top of the mountain including Mt. Everest view and many more Beautiful scenery. This will be unforgettable life time memories and enjoy around the top. We have a great memories and turn back to Gokyo for breakfast. After breakfast walk back through the same valley down (minimum for 3 and half hours) then cross the river to the right valley up hills to the Phorse village for overnight. Phorse Village is interesting as it is situated at the middle of the hills above the river valley with pine and Rhododendron forest surroundings. At here, you will also have change to see the Beautiful pheasant and few others Beautiful animals. O/N at Mt. lodge

    Day 10: Phortse to Tyangboche (3,867m/12684ft), 5-6 hrs walk
    On the tenth day, after breakfast, we will mostly hike down hills, following the narrow trail to reach to the river valley, and then we will have a gradual/ steep walk up hills through the forested hills of pine and rhododendron reach to Tyangboche which is situated at the top of the hill. On the way you have opportunity to see the Beautiful pheasant and musk deer etc.

    Tyangboche is a very little place with only few tea houses, it has a biggest Buddhist Monastery called Tyangboche Monastery which is one of the prime interests to see. In the evening, the monastery has a monks praying ceremony which is really interesting and you could be a part of this wonderful praying ceremony. Monastery itself is big and it has a wonderful colorful, and Buddhist painted walls, stupa which is great. From Tyangboche you can see Mt. Ama Dablam & Thamserku is just in front across the valley, definitely it offers the great view of the Mt. Ama Dablam. Additionally, Tyangboche offer the great views of Mt. Everest top with Nuptse and its high top, it is very impressive.

    Day 11: Tyangboche to Namche via Khumjung(3,790m/12,431ft), 6 - 7 hours walk
    On the eleventh day, the trail lead you down to the forested hills to the bottom of the hills called Phungithanka, across the Dudh Koshi River cross with local suspension bridge, then prepare to walk long hill up again to the Kyanjuma the junction of the trinity ways to Gokyo Valley, Khumjung village and Namche Bazzar. Another 30-40 minute gradual walk brings you to the Khumjung Valley. After noon visit to the Khumjung surroundings, visit to Khunde Hospital running by Sir Edmund Hillary of Canadian foundation, which is the biggest hospital in Khumbu region, additionally visit to Hillary school and the old Monastery with the legendry Yeti scalps and enjoy the beauty with Sherpa people and enjoy with the mountains panorama with sunrise, breakfast then come over to the Syangboche airstrip which is situated at the altitude of 3700m which is known as the highest elevation airport of the world. If it happens to the best weather and great visibility, you may also see the Pilatus aircraft flying over to this airstrip. Further walk down brings you to Namche for overnight.

    Day 12: Trek back to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft), 4-5 hrs walk
    On the twelfth day, we walk back to Lukla which involves little up and down hills; follow the same way we trekked at the 1st day. It will approx take 4 to 5 hours walks to reach Lukla. While you will refresh up with warm hot shower, the guide will re-confirm the flights to Kathmandu for the following day.

    Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
    On the thirteenth day, you will have flight to Kathmandu our guide transfer you to your hotel. You may have time to relax after long trekking and take back your breath and rest at your hotel with ending your Beautiful trip with us. Evening, we meet again for listen your trip feedback and we will host your trek success celebration/ farewell dinner at one of the finest Nepalese restaurant at main down town Thamel.

    Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu
    On the fourteenth day, as this is the last day of your trip, you are free for shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. If departing, you'll be transferred to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.
